• 1 cl 1883 Maison Routin Yuzu Lemon Syrup
• 2-3 Small Slices Fresh Ginger
• 0.5 cl Lemon Juice

• 7 cl Sake
Directions:
1. Muddle the 2-3 slices of fresh ginger into a shaker.
2. Add the 1883 Yuzu Lemon Syrup, lemon juice, tangerine liqueur, and sake to the shaker.
3. Shake well and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.

• 3 cl Spiced Rum

Directions:
1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with some crushed Biscoff cookies and coffee beans.
3. Mango Mojito

Ingredients:
• 3cl 1883 Maison Routin Mango Syrup
• 2-3 cl Rum
• 6-9 cl Soda Water
• 1 cup Ice
• 5-7 Mint Leaves
• 1 Lemon
• 1 Lime
• 2 tsp Sugar (Optional)
Directions:
1. In a glass, add in sugar with lemon and mint.
2. Crush the lemon and mint leaves gently with a muddle or spoon to bring out the flavors.
3. Pour in 1883 Mango Syrup, Ice, and Rum.
4. Top off with Soda Water
5. Garnish with Mint Leaves and Lime.
